Inspired by his Italian roots, Mr Stella plunged himself into an intensive Geography lesson on his home land for Year 8.

This week children in the Junior School have been busy making their Christingles, a symbolic orange with four spikes in it holding sweets and a candle in the top, symbolising Christ's light and love.

On Christmas Eve, four ghosts teach Scrooge, an elderly miser, that love and friendship are much more important than amassing a fortune.
