Freyja and Jess take on Three Peaks Challenge
28/05/2012
Raising funds for THE DIANA AWARD and TOGETHER FOR SHORT LIVES
Freyja Hedinsson and Jess French both students in Year 11 will be attempting the Three Peaks Challenge on the 5th July this year, along with Jess's father Martin.
They will be raising money for The Diana Award and Together for Short Lives, who support children's hospices. Some of the money will go towards supporting Children's Hospice South West.
They will be climbing Ben Nevis in Scotland, Snowdon in Wales and Scafell Pike in England in just 24 hours. The Three Peaks Challenge means climbing a total of 11,177 feet, walking a marathon and travelling 482 miles. Put into context this is the equivalent of climbing the Wildhorn in the Swiss Alps, while walking a marathon and driving from Strasbourg to London all in the same day!

Please help them raise as much as possible for these two charities and celebrate the commitment and thoughtfulness of two fantastic young girls.

Visit their just giving account below or if you see Jess or Freyja in School they will give you a sponsor form.
