Day to Day
The school follows a weekly timetable and all days have a similar format.
The regular school day begins at 8.30am (breakfast is available from 7.50 if required) with assembly, house meetings or tutor time.
Following morning registration, senior students have blocks of double or single lessons separated by a 20 minute mid-morning break.
The one-hour senior school lunch break starts at 12.55pm.
Afternoon registration at 1.55 is followed by three lessons.
At 4pm on Monday to Thursday the regular school lessons come to an end and are followed by one hour of after-school clubs and activities.
The wide range of activities offered – which change term by term - includes choirs, Mandarin Chinese, judo, rowing, trampolining, subject-based activities, sports, drama, orchestra, jazz band, crafts, Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme, Ten Tors and many more.
The School buses depart at 5pm.
On a Friday clubs and activities start an hour earlier and buses leave at 4pm.
