This weekend, Kingsley boarders were treated to a special Christmas Craft Day with Headteacher Mrs Jackson, Mrs Whaley and Valeria.

The group went to the school woods armed with gardening gloves and snips to choose foliage to make their own Christmas wreaths before heading back to the Headteacher’s office ladened with armfuls of ivy, evergreen and leaves.

With a plentiful supply of pinecones, sparkly poinsettias, red berries and ribbon, the group set about making their own, individual decorations.  It was very festive, as the boarders ate chocolate coins and listened to Christmas songs as they worked on their Christmas crafts.

There are now lots of festive decorations up across the boarding houses!
