It was wonderful to hear our Prep pupils running around the playground at break time today and seeing some of our Year 5 and 6 pupils being put through their paces by Miss Braunton in the Sports Hall while Mr Mathers and Mr Ward coached pupils on zoom.
Whether it’s a hard-core HIIT class or simply walking through the school grounds, exercise boosts endorphins and lifts a mood and helps reduce stress and anxiety.
So however you’re feeling right now, give yourself a pat on the back whilst you are walking the dog or dancing around the kitchen this weekend, you’ve got through lockdown week 1!
