The wonderful thing about Friday’s Celebration Assembly in Prep School is we all get to share in everyone’s successes, and over the last few weeks, there have been some outstanding sporting achievements to celebrate.

Last week we had the Junior ISA Cross-Country in Exeter. A number of KS2 children went and represented
the school, and all did extremely well in competing against schools across the South-West. One particular
outstanding achievement was Ollie in Year 4 who came in fifth place overall, and will now go on to the
national ISA Cross-Country competition.

More sporting success was achieved at the South-West Schools’ Milano Gymnasts Competition over the
weekend. Many children from Kingsley School took part in this and we had many successes:

U9 Novice Girls Individual
Merryn: Gold Medal
Ava: Bronze Medal

U9 Novice Boys Individual
Eddie: Joint Silver Medal
William: Joint Silver Medal

U11 Novice Girls Individual
Alexandra: Gold Medal

U11 Novice Boys Individual
Gaius: Gold Medal

U13 Team
Daisy (along with Lulu and Hannah in the senior school): Gold medal and qualified for the NATIONALS in Stoke on Trent in March

Lastly, the Kingsley Cross-Country festival at Kingsley is underway, and I’m sure we’ll have many success stories from that too.

Here’s to Kingsley and sporting success!!

Have a great weekend.
