Wow – what a week! Well done to our all the pupils who took part in the Kingsley Entertains concert last night. Great to see both emerging and well-established talents across such a wide range of performing arts and from our youngest Frolicking Fiddlers to the older pupil (and staff) in the Kingsley Choir. I was particularly proud of our Junior School pupils, some of whom performed solos and others of whom played in ensembles. Of particular note were Jersey  – keyboards, Freddie T – lead guitar and Lulu – drums; who performed their very own song. This is no small achievement and much harder than it looks, so well done for performing so well! Do you need a bass guitarist?

This has been an amazing first half term for me and I want to say thank you to all the children for their warmth and welcome and to you their parents for your kindness, warmth and support. I have been impressed by all the hard work and all the individual achievements we have been able to celebrate in our assemblies on Thursday.

This afternoon we celebrate our Harvest Festival, a time when we say thank you for what we have, share with those who have not and celebrate the richness of the world we live in and all that it gives to us. I look forward to welcoming everyone to the service and wish you all a most enjoyable half-term break.
